01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the me5 platform at me5.onl, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how they access it — whether through a mobile browser, a desktop browser or any other means.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and me5. Registering an account on me5 constitutes your explicit acceptance of all three documents.

If at any point you no longer agree to these terms, you should stop using the platform immediately and contact support to close your account if you wish to do so.

02 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the me5 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be registering and using the platform in your own name and on your own behalf. Creating accounts for or on behalf of third parties is not permitted.
• You must not already have an existing me5 account. Each person is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual will result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is specifically prohibited for users in that location.

me5 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

03 Account Registration

When you register an account on me5, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. The information you provide at registration must be your own genuine personal details — providing false, incomplete or misleading information at registration is a breach of these terms and will result in account suspension.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. me5 will never ask you to share your password via any channel. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you should change your password immediately and contact support.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your me5 account, whether conducted by you or by any third party who gains access using your credentials. me5 does not accept liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have not taken reasonable steps to maintain security.

• One account per person — multiple accounts are not permitted.
• All registration details must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any other person.
• You must notify me5 promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised activity on your account.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on me5 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, card payments and other supported mobile wallet methods for both deposits and withdrawals.

Deposits are generally credited to your me5 balance promptly after processing by the payment provider. me5 does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts or cards belonging to third parties will be returned where possible and may result in account review.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. me5 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above certain amounts. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

me5 may offer bonuses, promotions and other incentive offers to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer. These general terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are issued at the sole discretion of me5 and may be withdrawn, modified or discontinued at any time.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirements will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Using bonuses across multiple accounts, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms, or any form of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• me5 reserves the right to reclaim a bonus and any associated winnings if it determines that the bonus terms have been breached or exploited.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Incomplete wagering requirements at the expiry of the promotion period will result in the bonus being removed.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the me5 platform — including casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, fish shooting games, bingo and sports betting — operate according to their individual game rules, which are available within each game section. By placing a bet or wager in any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error during gameplay that affects the outcome of a round or bet, me5 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Where a game has already completed and the result was determined correctly before a technical issue occurred, the result stands.

For sports betting, all bets are placed on events as listed at the time of betting. me5 reserves the right to void bets on events that are cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement period, or affected by circumstances that materially alter the nature of the event from what was listed. Specific sports betting rules apply to each sport and market type and are accessible within the betting section.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the me5 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one account or accessing the platform using another person's account.
• Providing false information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name.
• Any form of collusion with other players or any coordinated action designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any software, bot, script, automated tool or other technical means to gain an advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploiting errors, bugs or glitches in any game. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or discovered error will be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform in connection with any fraudulent or illegal financial activity.
• Abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward any me5 staff member or other users of the platform.
• Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of any sport, match or event on which bets are offered.

me5 cooperates with law enforcement and financial investigation authorities. Where prohibited conduct involves illegal activity, me5 reserves the right to report the matter to appropriate authorities and to withhold funds pending investigation.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

me5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time where it has reason to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been breached, that fraudulent or illegal activity is involved, or that account suspension is otherwise necessary for the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance will be held and not accessible until the investigation is concluded. Where a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

Players may request voluntary account closure or self-exclusion at any time by contacting me5 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed promptly. Any remaining balance in a legitimately operated account will be returned to you through your registered payment method following closure, subject to verification requirements being satisfied.

me5 also reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for an extended period, subject to providing reasonable advance notice where contact information is available and valid.

09 Responsible Gaming

me5 provides deposit limit tools, session time reminders and self-exclusion options within account settings. Players who feel that their gaming is becoming difficult to manage are strongly encouraged to use these tools before the situation escalates.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that you are using the platform voluntarily with funds that you can genuinely afford to lose. You acknowledge that casino games carry a house edge and that sports betting involves risk, and that neither should be approached as a reliable source of income.

• Any loss of funds resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Losses resulting from technical malfunctions where affected bets have been voided and stakes returned.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information provided on the platform for betting decisions.
• Interruptions to service caused by circumstances outside me5's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider issues or force majeure events.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Changes to These Terms

me5 reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, me5 will take reasonable steps to notify registered users in advance of the changes taking effect — for example by displaying a notice on the platform or communicating via registered contact details.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the me5 platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
